Mandala Springs has been a cornerstone of Mutual Aid efforts across Western North Carolina, providing vital support to our community in times of need.

The land’s abundant water sources have sustained thousands, with water carried daily to communities and businesses facing shortages. This lifeline is not just essential for health and safety—it’s a foundation for our local economy and the well-being of everyone in WNC.

This ancient land has opened its arms to evacuees and volunteers, offering temporary housing to those displaced by natural disasters. Efforts are underway to expand these spaces, clearing land to accommodate long-term RV parking for families who lost their homes in the flood. Mandala Springs continues to hold our community through initiatives like the Healing Convergence—moments for shared processing, gratitude, and hope.

The mountain winds have united people from near and far, and an outpouring of community support has kept these mutual aid efforts alive. The hope that sustains us doesn’t come from one person but from the collective spirit of all. Through generous donations and funding, we’ve rented a water buffalo truck capable of delivering 2,500 gallons of water daily and distributed RVs to families in need.

Fires continue to dance in the sweat lodge, sauna, and firepits, welcoming all who come to this space.
