The Sol Rising gatherings are a coming Home.
For the last 5 years, men, women, and children from around the globe have been coming together in an off-grid camp setting in the red dirt of Sedona, Arizona to connect back in with themselves, nature, and a family that encourages growth, expression, self-reliance, courage, honesty, and humility.
Many of our original members are Fit For Service Alumni, but as the years have gone on, we’ve expanded to friends and family as we want our circles back home to experience a piece of the magic created at camp too.
Our events consist of Men’s and Women’s work as well as coming together for Unity work. We begin our days with the rising sun with morning rituals consisting of sound, breath, movement, and meditation. Tapping into the self and nature before we move into community work for the day. We typically have an artist market, talent show, fireside jam sessions, and we ALWAYS ALWAYS wrap up with a Desert Banger to celebrate with DANCE!
Every year is a different flavor as we continue to grow as individuals and a collective.
This year we are ready for a change of scenery and will be in the Appalachian Mountains of North Carolina May 15th-18th!

May 15th-18th at Mandala Springs in Barnardsville, NC

Arrival and check-in begin Thursday with a fireside circle that evening.
Friday will be more arrivals, along with time on the beautiful land for a guided hike, cold plunge in the river, and sweat it out in the sauna.
That night we’ll carpool over to the Hawk and Hawthorne for the Savej and Decca show!
(Tickets for this show need to be purchased separately, link provided HERE)
Saturday will be a full day of community.
We’ll start with movement, sauna and cold plunge, then move into our Makers Market. We love to share our gifts, goods, and talents so if you have a business or service, feel free to bring whatever you need to set up a booth.
Saturday evening will kick off with cacao followed by another epic night of dancing from more of our Music Masters: Bliss Codes and Liquid Gold!
Sunday we will wrap up our time together with a sound ceremony and brunch for purchase or bring your own and we’ll share a meal, coffee, and laughs before we part ways until next time.

Just like our past events, we are camping! Tents are encouraged as parking for Rvs/trailers is limited.
-
We love to involve the whole family for our events as we know kids are wonderful teachers and reminders for us.
Children are welcome and free for this event with your supervision.
Please be mindful of quiet, sacred spaces and take the opportunity to teach your children about reverence and respect.
We will happily put together programming for kids and a possible “babysitter” situation for the night of the Savej show if needed.
But this is where we need your help, in order for kids programming, we need to know ahead of time how many kiddos and ages we are looking at.
If you plan to bring your children, we encourage you to purchase your ticket by May 1st so that we have time to make arrangements.

We like to create an inclusive environment for a range of budgets and lifestyles while also encouraging self-reliance so for meals, this is a BYOF (Bring your own food) event.
Flavor Fairies will be on-site providing some food for purchase. Menus will be available prior to event.
