Experience Overview
What to Expect
During this immersive and transformative ceremony, Rob will guide you through each step of the experience, creating a safe and respectful space for deep personal reflection, healing, and renewal. The Sweat Lodge itself is a natural, dome-shaped structure designed to symbolize the womb of Mother Earth, providing a space for physical, emotional, and spiritual purification.
The Ceremony Includes:
Introduction and Intention Setting: Rob will begin the ceremony by helping participants set personal intentions for the experience, encouraging openness and presence.
Sweat Lodge Ritual: Participants will enter the heated lodge, where hot stones ("grandfathers") are brought in and doused with water to create steam. This is done in rounds, with breaks in between to ensure everyone's comfort.
Traditional Songs and Prayers: Throughout the ceremony, Rob will lead traditional songs and prayers, fostering a deep connection to the sacred energy of the lodge.
Purification Process: The combination of heat, steam, and spiritual practice promotes physical detoxification, emotional release, and mental clarity.
Reflection and Closing: After the ceremony, participants are invited to cool down, reflect, and share their experiences with the group.
